The mark consists of a disc containing a central circular pattern of interconnecting black and white triangles which form a spiraling illusion, which ultimate black triangles of the spiraling illusion distal from the center of the disc are surrounded by a white space bounded by two thick concentric circular borders, which borders contain contiguous petal-like florets with tapered ends leading away from the center of the disc within the gaps made by each of the two thick concentric circular borders, where the contiguous petal-like florets in the first thick concentric circular border closest to the spiraling illusion are shorter and wider than the contiguous petal-like florets of the surrounding second thick concentric circular border, where the tapered ends of the inner contiguous petal-like florets are colinear with every other tapered end of the outer contiguous petal-like florets along the circumferences of the two thick concentric circular borders, where the outer edge of the second thick concentric circular border is surrounded by three additional thin concentric circular borders, where the four quadrants of the disc separately eclipse a corner of four separate black solid square blocks of equal size, where a gap of equal size if formed between each black solid block and above the outer edge of the ultimate concentric circle of the disc at each axial pole, where within each gap a letter is provided corresponding to the West (letter "H"), North (letter "I"), East (letter "V"), and South (letter "E") axial pole of the disc, which black solid blocks are positioned so as to form the illusion of a square around the disc.
