The mark consists of a three-dimensional configuration of an automated cell counter with a wedge-shaped shell formed by a substantially rounded back surface, a horizontally flat bottom surface, and a tilted-back front surface. The tilted-back front surface has: a screen near the bottom of the front surface, a wedge-shaped feature positioned beneath the screen and running less than the entire length of the bottom edge of the front surface; an oval-like-shaped protrusion near the top of the front surface; and an eight-sided front-surface panel which borders the top and sides of the screen, the sides of the front surface, and the bottom of the oval-like-shaped protrusion. The tilted-back front surface also includes a curved and elongated oval-like shape that is superimposed on the eight-sided front-surface panel and which is positioned between the screen and the protrusion. The dotted lines depicting the screen, buttons and openings on the device are used to show elements of the design that are not claimed as features of the mark.
