The mark consists of trade dress consisting of a uniquely proportioned configuration of footwear that includes an arched double line of stitching on the inseam portion of the shoe, a single line of stitching below the collar of the shoe, a double line of stitching arching over the heel of the shoe, a single line of stitching above the grommets of the shoe and extending to the rear of the shoe near the collar edge, a double line of stitching displayed diagonally below the grommets, two inclined pieces of material beneath the grommets extending towards the back of the shoe both of which have double lines of stitching and between them a separate piece of rectangular material below the double line of stitching below the grommets, a single line of stitching near the edge of the tongue, and a single line of horizontal stitching between the single line of stitching above the grommets and the double line of stitching below the grommets. The secondary reinforced layer of the sole of the shoe contains a design of raised dots, the secondary layer of the shoe includes dots, and the secondary and third reinforced panels of the sole are uniquely proportioned. The grommets shown in dotted lines, the overall shape of the shoe shown in dotted lines, including the shape of the tongue, and the sole of the shoe shown in dotted lines are not claimed as a feature of the mark.
