The mark consists of upper case letters "PA" in stylized form, white in color, with right edge of the letter "P" partially intersecting the left edge of the letter "A". The letters are centered on a background consisting of square box in the color red, with the letters entirely encompassed within the box. The box has rounded edges with a small white border on the inside edge of the box and a black border on the outside edge of the box. Running horizontally behind the stylized letters across the center of the box is a slightly concave line distinguishable by a dark red color immediately under the concave line, which gradually lightens to a bright red at the bottom of the box. Above the concave line and to the top of the box is a solid bright red color. Thick, bold lower case letters forming the word "exchange" in stylized form with a black border appear just to the right center of the box. The first stylized "e" is in a slightly larger font than the other letters and consists of the head of an arrow as the starting and ending points of the letter. The bottom-half of the stylized letters are bright red. A thin white line runs through the center of the letters. The color above the white line blurs into bright red at the top of each letter.
