The mark consists of a circular logo with an outer ring with an inner ring. Text within the inner ring reading "Really Exceptional Guys In Music Entertainment" and text within the outer ring reading "The R.E.G.I.M.E.". There is a star in between each phrase "The R.E.G.I.M.E." for a total of three stars segmenting the three "The R.E.G.I.M.E." phrases. In the center of the entire logo is a large letter "R" over a stylized background that fills in the inner most circle of the logo. Splatter covers primarily the top left and bottom right hand regions of the logo. The splatter on the bottom right hand side creates a paint dripping effect that is dripping from the logo (outer most ring) itself.
