The mark consists of an double circle in the background with a torch in the center of the circle with the words "merchant advance" on the inner top of the double circle with a horizontal line crossing from side to side of the inner circle, near the bottom of the inner circle, with two small pyramids appearing on the right side of the horizontal line. Each pyramid has the front face shaded. There is a banner along the bottom portion of the inner circle curved along the bottom and rising above the horizontal line on each side of the inner circle with the word "pinnacle" within the banner. Overlapping the bottom of the above double circle image is the word PINNACLE with the "I" appearing longer pointed letter rising above the other letters in the word, the "I" overlapping the torch described above. There is a horizontal line under the word pinnacle. Under the line are the words merchant advance.
