The mark consists of a three-dimensional configuration of a motorcycle front brake lever guard, the guard having an attachment head and a general slender L-shaped arm, the attachment head having a cylindrical distal portion and a frusto-conical proximal portion, the cylindrical portion having a pair of circumferential grooves, the frusto-conical portion joining the cylindrical portion at a circumferential border, the L-shaped arm extending from the frusto-conical portion, the proximal portion of the arm having a sleeve, the proximal portion of the sleeve being thickened and joining the rest of the sleeve at a circumferential border, the middle portion of the arm being thinner and extending into the sleeve, the distal portion of the arm having a thickened portion, the distal portion of the arm being bent about 90 degrees, the terminal portion after the bend becoming flared and flattened and having a general triangular cross-section. The broken lines depicting the proximal and distal portions of the attachment head, including a central bore, the thickened portion of the sleeve, the distal portion of the sleeve having a raised portion having a pair of set screws, and the middle portion of the arm having a groove to receive the set screws, indicate placement of the mark on the goods and are not part of the mark.
