The mark consists of a three-dimensional configuration of the following portions of the upper parts of a shoe: 1) the strip around the holes of the laces and forming an angle ending at the sole of the shoe in the center; 2) a triple triangle design in the center of the shoe with the pointed ends appearing closer to the bottom of the shoe; 3) a strip appearing at the toe box of the shoe beginning at the end of the lace box and following the contour of the toe box on both sides back up the side of the shoe; 4) a somewhat triangular shape at the heel of the shoe; and 5) a strip beginning at the sole of the shoe on one side and continuing horizontally through the somewhat triangular shape at the heel and ending at the sole on the other side of the shoe. The outsole, tongue, ankle collar, and the areas outside the portions enumerated above and the shoe laces, all shown in broken lines and solid diagonal parallel lines, are not claimed as features of the mark but serve only to show placement of the mark.
