The mark consists of a three-dimensional configuration of the following portions of the upper parts of a shoe: 1) a double dart design consisting of one triangular-shaped dart with the flat end abutting the lace box and a crescent-shaped dart with two pointed ends and with one end abutting the lace box, appearing at the center exterior portion of the shoe; 2) the strip appearing at the toe box of the shoe beginning at the end of the lace box and following the contour of the toe box on both sides back up the side of the shoe and ending on either side of the lace box; 3) the rounded hourglass-shape at the heel of the shoe; and 4) the strip near the heel of the shoe and beginning at the upper part of the lace box extending to the bottom of the shoe and to the hourglass-shape at the heel on both sides of the shoe. The outsole, tongue, ankle collar, heel, the area around the double dart design, the rounded rectangular area between the lace box and the strip at the toe, the area between the hourglass-shape at the heel and the strip near the heel of the shoe, the lace box, and the shoe laces, all shown in broken lines and solid diagonal parallel lines, are not claimed as features of the mark but serve only to show placement of the mark.
