The mark consists of the word "Victory" in initial cap stylized lettering centered above a photographed portrait of a male sailor whom is centered in the foreground of the photograph and is smoking a pipe, dressed in suspenders and wearing a cap; on the left side of the sailor in the background of the photograph is a large sailboat and the entire background of the photograph appears fogged; the wording "CAPTAINS BLEND" in slightly curved capital lettering is centered and set below the chest of the sailor in the photograph; the photograph is enclosed in a circular design which is outlined with a rope drawing; centered atop the circular shape, below the word "Victory", is a floating ribbon bearing the words "TATTOO INK" in capital lettering; flanked to the immediate left of the circular design are five stars and flanked to the left of those stars are the words "PROUDLY MADE" in capital lettering oriented vertically; and flanked immediately to the right of the circular design are five stars and flanked to the right of those stars are the words "IN AMERICA" in capital lettering oriented vertically. Centered below the circular shape is a larger floating ribbon with the words "SUMI LINER" in capital lettering. The entire mark is set centered on an ocean and sky setting background on which nine horizontal shadowed stripes appear behind the photographed image from left edge to right edge of the ocean/sky background. The entire mark is bordered on all four sides; the top border of the mark consists of 13 stars and the remaining three borders of the mark have vertical stripes.
