The mark consists of Logo Part 1: Part 1 of the logo is the stylized lettering of the single word "quantumlogic". The single word is set in all lower case and visually appears as two separate words, namely "quantum" and "logic" due to the difference in colors. The word "quantum" is set in either Process Red, or rendered with slightly increased black ink to render it more for a darker red color. The word "logic" is rendered in pure black. Additionally, the Service Mark "(SM)" symbol is placed discreetly in the upper right corner of the logo. The logotype is very clean and crisp, and appears organized, efficient and purposeful. Logo Part 2: Part 2 of the logo is the graphic image, depicting a central core surrounded and protected by metallic "fingers". The central core is a spherical element, which appears shiny and glassy, with highlighting treatment to make the surface appear that a light is shining on it from the lower left corner of the core. The core appear to resemble a billiard (or pool) ball. The core is a "glassy" version of the same color red used for the lettering - namely Process Red with variations in the shading to give the effect that a light is shining on it's glossy surface. The metallic fingers receive the same lighting treatment and appear in reflective metallic silver tones, with variations in light and dark areas to resemble the effects of a light shining on the metallic fingers. The fingers surround the red central core much as a baseball pitcher would hold a baseball - however, the metal fingers do not touch the core, rather the core appears to float in the air symmetrically distanced from each finger. This is similar to how a metal ball can float in a balanced magnetic field. Logo Part 3: Part of the logo is a tagline that conveys to the reader what specific services Quantum Logic, Inc. makes available to potential service buyers. The tagline consists of the words "Master Data Management," Business Intelligence & Analytics," and "PPM System Integration". A bullet character separates each of these three service areas. Color claim: The colors Red, Silver and Black along with shading tones are a distinctive feature of the mark. Color placement: Red is the color of the word "quantum", Black is the color of the word "logic". Red is the primary color of the image's central core, along with variations in white and black levels to give the illusion of a shiny, glassy surface with a light source aimed at the image from the lower left corner of the logo. The primary color of the fingers is Silver, along with variations in white and black levels to give the illusion of a metallic silver shiny surface.
