The mark consists of a design of a leprechaun with a reddish orange beard, light reddish pink tone skin, a large right ear showing from under his hat, green eyes, smiling white teeth and is wearing a dark green jacket, lighter green pants, yellowish gold shirt with reddish orange buttons, a green top hat with a gold buckle and green shamrock with black highlighting, shoes are black with gold buckles and white socks up to his knees. He is holding his empty white pockets inside out, and he is positioned inside a concentric oval shaped frame with a black inside and gold outside border and a green back ground with a gold shamrock at the three o'clock and nine o'clock position causing the frame to bulge slightly at the shamrock locations. The concentric oval is outlined in gold frame as well as the words "Irish- American" at the top and "Pub and Eatery" at the bottom of the logo. Outside the right side of the framed leprechaun are the words in gold: "The Red Leprechaun".
