Charitable services, namely, raising money for animal welfare organizations through promotions, incentives, donations, and fundraising events; charitable foundation services, namely, providing financial assistance for programs and services of local animal shelters, animal rescue organizations, and animal welfare organizations that encourage and facilitate the adoption of household pets that have been rescued, abandoned, or abused, prevent and relieve cruelty to and suffering of household pets, support, promote, and expand the humane care and treatment of household pets, and raise awareness and educate the public about the humane care and treatment of household pets; strengthening and expanding the capabilities of local animal shelters, animal rescue organizations, and animal welfare organizations that encourage and facilitate the adoption of household pets that have been rescued, abandoned, or abused, prevent and relieve cruelty to and suffering of household pets, support, promote, and expand the humane care and treatment of household pets, and raise awareness and educate the public about the humane care and treatment of household pets
