The mark consists of a rectangle, with a solid border which top outer edges are rounded, containing the design of 3 bold sweeping dimensional lines in the right side of the rectangle and the word "R i g h t" centered over the words "of Way" both centered in the rectangle under the smaller word "AASHTOWare" which is left justified with the words "Right of Way" and over the smaller Initial caps word "Relocation", all inside a larger rectangle, with a bold solid bottom border, which bottom outer edges are rounded, containing the letters "A A S H " stylized "T O" centered across the bottom edge, all within a larger rectangle; also with a smaller square placed over the rectangles, justified at the left border, with a solid bold border which outer edgers are rounded, containing the bold block letter "R" to the right of a vertical line, all to the right of the letters "Rw".
