The mark consists of the following: the stylized words "Choose Wisely" in black at the bottom of the image of a crown above a shield surrounded by banners. The crown is in the colors blue and gold and is above a shield crest with four quadrants. The lower left quadrant is gold and outlined by a single blue line with a stylized letter "K" in blue inside it. The upper left quadrant is black with a shield in white and black and three red fleur-de-lis designs inside the white part of the shield. The top right quadrant is in red with a design of a gold dagger inside. The bottom right quadrant depicts a repeated fleur-de-lis design in gold on a blue background. The quadrants are separated by gold lines. There are two banners that appear to run behind the crown and shield design. The banners are red with single gold lines on the top and bottom of both banners. The stylized word "KINGS" appears in gold on the left and right side of the top banner. The word "CIGARS" appears in gold on the left and right side of the lower banner. In between the two banners is the gold wording "HAND MADE" on the left side and "DOM. REP." on the right side in a black background. The image of a gold and black lion sitting on a gold platform is on each side of the shield facing the shield with the design of a rope with tassels hanging next to the lions in black and gold. A third smaller banner is below the shield in red with gold lines on the top and bottom borders. The stylized word "KINGS" appears in gold inside the banner. The section between the banner and the rest of the design is red with gold lines running up each side.
