The mark consists of the letters "K", "Z", "A" and "K" forming the term "KOZAK" which is in silver faded into black with gradation changes ranging from dark grey up top to very light grey at the midpoint and then a break of black fading back to dark grey to a mid-grey. The entire mark is encompassed with an outside silver border and a black background on the inside of the border. The "O" of "KOZAK" is accentuated in a larger circle with a blue water droplet in the center of the circle. The blue water droplet has gradation changes from dark blue at the top of the water droplet to very light blue towards the bottom. There is a white background on the inside of the "O" and a green inner border to the circle that makes up the "O". There is a green slash through from one end of the circle to the other at the 2 o'clock mark and 8 o'clock positions within the circle.
