The mark consists of a two-dimensional representation of applicant's catsup bottle container and the product labels affixed thereto, which two- dimensional representation is itself used as a logo mark on single container packaging for the applicant's goods. The mark contains, at the top, the literal element "C" in stylized blue text appearing within a white five-pointed star, all of which appears on a blue and white bottleneck ribbon label. Below this portion of the mark, the mark contains the literal element "Camden's" appearing in white script text against a red background, below which appears the literal element "Original Recipe" in red block text against a white rectangular background ribbon bearing outward pointing arrows at each end. Below this portion of the mark, the mark also contains the literal element "Blue Label Catsup" appearing in white block text against a blue background. Five white stars appear centered beneath the white block text of the word "Catsup" within the blue background.
