The mark consists of a three dimensional configuration of a bottle with straight sides and a black cap with red and gold horizontal lines; a vertically oriented black rectangle is superimposed on the side of the cap and features the image of a man with a flesh colored face and black hair, beard and moustache, and carrying a long gold staff and wearing a black hat with a white and red band, white gloves, a long red coat with a white collar and gold and black ornamentation, red stockings, and black and red shoes. The body of the bottle features engraved scroll and leaf-like designs on all four sides and the bottom of the bottle includes a red punt protrusion that is square in shape, invading the lower portion of the bottle itself, and which punt is visible within and under the bottle. The broken lines depicting the shape of the bottle and bottletop indicate placement of the mark on the goods and are not part of the mark.
