The mark consists of the overall three-dimensional configuration of a spring-loaded glass-breaking device. The device has a cylindrical housing having a stepped shape which is widest at the right that encloses a spring loaded spike; the spike not being part of the mark. A generally cylindrical safety sheath projects from the right side of the housing; the safety sheath not being part of the mark. A ball partly projects from the left side of the housing; the ball not being part of the mark. A lateral finger beginning on the right end of the housing extends away from and then to the left parallel to the housing to define a slot in which is mounted a seat-belt cutting blade. A keyring clip attaches between the housing and the finger and occludes the slot and cutting blade; the keyring clip not being part of the mark. A keyring attaches to the keyring clip; the keyring not being part of the mark. The broken lines only indicate placement of these ancillary features and are not part of the mark.
