The mark consists of the following elements: 1) The words "SILK ROAD SODA" with the word "SILK", being the largest word, on top of the word "ROAD", being slightly smaller, which is itself atop the word "SODA", which is significantly smaller than both "SILK" and "ROAD", and is situated beneath the letters "A" and "D" of the word "ROAD". The letter "R" in the word "ROAD" is stylized, extending beneath the letters "OAD". 2) The words "SILK ROAD SODA" appear within a symmetrical emblem shape resembling a stylized octagon featuring four (4) rounded corners and four (4) pointed corners, with the right and left sides of the shape being pushed outward and rounded, making the depth top-to-bottom approximately two-thirds (2/3) the length left-to-right. 3) Surrounding the emblem shape are six (6) stylized representations of vines, with three (3) on the right being symmetrical to (3) on the left. A) Two (2) vines extend out of the bottom corners of the shape, each in an elongated "U" shape: one (1) out of the bottom-left corner and one (1) out of the bottom-right corner. Each of these vines features 3 leaves, and each ends with a stylized representation of a wild mint blossom. B) Two (2) vines extend out of the top corners of the shape, each of which makes one loop downward and ends in an upward pointing curve: one (1) out of the top-right corner and one (1) out of the top-left corner. Each of these vines features one (1) leaf and two (2) budding mint blossoms. C) Two (2) vines extend out of the top face of the shape, each of which crosses one another so that the vine that starts to the left of the other ends to the right of the other, and vice-versa. Each of these vines ends with three (3) leaves, one (1) each pointing left, right, and upward. 4) Two (2) stylized representations of budding mint blossoms are situated in between the vines described in section (B) and section (C), one (1) in the space to the right and one (1) in the space to the left.
