Description of Mark
The mark consists of a rectangular band having a red background with a brown strip across the top of the rectangular band, and a brown strip across the bottom of the rectangular band. The top brown strip contains yellow Chinese characters, the bottom brown strip contains a narrow red strip having small brown anchor-like design elements. The red central portion of the rectangular band has a first pair of yellow vertical Chinese characters. Next to the first pair of vertical Chinese characters are three yellow Chinese characters with black shadowing. To the right of the three yellow Chinese characters is a second pair of vertical yellow Chinese characters disposed within a yellow rectangle having stylized corners. To the right is a third pair of yellow vertical Chinese characters identical to the first pair of yellow vertical Chinese characters.
