The red central portion of the rectangular band has a first pair of yellow vertical Chinese characters. To the right of the fourth pair of vertical Chinese characters in the upper right corner of the red rectangle are three yellow Chinese characters. Below those three Chinese characters is the word "TRISTAR" in yellow. Below the word "TRISTAR" is a yellow horizontal line. Below the horizontal line are yellow Chinese characters.
