The second zero has two palm trees on the right top portion of the zero, along with a figure operating a tractor moving in the opposite direction of the palm trees. The word "CENTENNIAL" appears in small black capital letters about the first zero. The numbers "1913-2013" appear in black and border the bottom right portion of the second zero. The word "HOMESTEAD" appears in black capital letters below the number "100". A green line appears below the word "HOMESTEAD", with the left portion of the line in an evergreen tone that becomes progressively lighter on the right side. The word "FLORIDA" appears in small black capital letters underneath the green shaded line.
