The mark consists of the wording "Hoppy's BBQ" curved at the top of the design with the top half of the letters brown and the lower half of the letters black. Underneath the wording "Hoppy's BBQ" is a brown vertical oval containing a silhouette of a white jackalope wearing a brown collar. Underneath that is a decorative scroll pattern in black. Directly above the scrool patter is the wording "Brisket Rub" straight accross from left to right, the top half of the letters brown and the lower half of the letters black. There are double black curved lines around the oval running from the "H" down to the scroll pattern on the left side, and from the "Q" to the scroll pattern on the right side. All white areas other than the jackalope are background and are not part of the mark.
