The mark consists of a round smiley face that has a mischievous look. On top of the round head it has a haircut, which comes to a point at the top. We will call this hairstyle a Mohawk. This Mohawk includes stray hairs that may appear around it, which gives it a realistic feel. The eyebrows are arched, with the left eyebrow being higher than the right. A wrinkle appears above the left eye showing the eyebrow is arched more than the right eyebrow. The right eye does not have a wrinkle above it as the left eye does, indicating a relaxed right eyebrow. In the center of the face are two big eyes that are approximately half closed. The eyes are about 1/3 the height of the round face. Appearing as part of the eyelids, the eyelashes are represented by a darker line across the bottom that extends out on each corner. The pupil of each eye has a glimmer quality in the bottom right corner. Each eye consists of a sclera, iris, and pupil. Below each eye are three freckles outlining the bottom portion of the eye. The mouth is curved at a sharp angle on each side that can look like a smile or a sarcastic looking grin. The u-shaped smile is placed in the lower-center of the face. It begins and ends in between the freckles located at the bottom of the eyes. The corners of the mouth each resemble rounded-off arrows. Just below the mouth, in the center is an upward turned line that outlines the bottom of the smile. This appears to look like a chin. Across the bottom of the face reads "Just Sayin". These letters extend off the bottom of the face. When looking at the face, the bottom left side contains the word "Just". This word starts at the bottom left corner of the eyes and extends down the face slanting in a slightly curved line. The word follows the bottom curvature of the face. The "J" is capitalized in a bold font and the "ust" is lower case in the same bold font. The "t" ends just below the left corner of the mouth. The word "Sayin" appears on the bottom right side of the face, under the freckle that appears below the right eye. The "S" begins in the same curved manner to the right of the mouth. "Sayin" extends up the right side of the face stopping 1/3 of the way up on the right edge. The "S" is capitalized in a bold font and the "ayin" is lower case in the same bold font. The wording appears to be a stretched out font taking up the bottom portion of the face, from the cheeks down. Beginning in the bottom left and extending through mid-right bottom of the face you will see a faint shadow on the outside of the face.
