The mark consists of a stylized depiction of a yellow golden monkey with orange shading on its body, black shading on the edges of its head, body, tail, arms and feet, and black partially-closed eyes, sitting in a meditation pose with index finger and thumb touching and pointing upward, with its tail arching over its head from the lower back to the opposite side, behind which is a red stylized sun with yellow and orange rays fanning out behind it forming the top portion of the background, on a blue flying carpet with white and black shaded end fringes and a black shaded front edge, on which appears a partial black shadow of the monkey, hovering over light and dark green shaded horizontal lines depicting grass that shows a black shadow from the flying carpet hovering over the grass partially over which is the stylized wording "Golden Monkey" in yellow outlined in black with orange shading around the edges of the letters and black in the background of the circles formed by the letters comprising this wording, on the foreground of the flying carpet's shadow and green grass in bubble letter format with the "G" and "M" in a similar shape as monkey's hands and the "Y" in a similar shape to the monkey's tail, that extends from over the shadow of the carpet to over the grass design.
