The mark consists of a bull's-eye with a red thin outer circle, then a black inner circle, then a large white inner circle, then a thin black inner circle, then a white inner circle and a black bull's-eye; with a white skull and cross bones in black outline in the bull's-eye and a gold poison dart frog with black spots and coloring in the lower right hand corner of the bull's-eye; the top large white inner circle of the bull's-eye contains "POISON DART" and the bottom large white inner circle of the bull's-eye contains "FROG" in black letters.
