The mark consists of a three-dimensional configuration of a tablet computer having an outer frame area surrounding a display area. At the lower-center portion of the frame section are four parallelograms arranged in a two by two grid. The display area includes three rows of rectangular and square tiles in two groups. The first, left group of tiles has two upper rows of two adjacent rectangles followed by two squares. The first square of row one includes a stylized "e" image and the term "Internet Explorer"; the second square of row one includes an image of a shopping bag with four parallelograms arranged in a two by two grid on the bag and the term "Store"; the first square of the second row includes three sets of parallelograms arranged to form three adjacent rectangular images and the term "Maps"; and the second square of the second row includes an image of two clouds. The third row has two adjacent squares followed by two rectangles. The second, right group of tiles is spaced apart from the first group and in three rows that extend off the right end of the display area. The first row is a partial rectangle and the second two rows are a first square and partial second square. The broken lines depicting the contents of some of the tiles, indicia on the display, the outer shape of the display, and the outer shape of the frame all indicate placement of the mark on the goods and are not part of the mark.
