Charitable services, namely, educational advocacy services in the nature of providing academic performance evaluation, guidance and monitoring, and providing classes and workshops for students and their parents from nursery school through college related to identification of learning disabilities and the provision of educational services related thereto, providing study skills courses, providing life and social skills workshops and coaching, college advocacy classes relating to college selection, college admission, completion of admission applications, college entrance exam preparation courses, educational coaching, professional development and coaching for teachers and educators, tutoring, and parent coaching, all the foregoing services for children with learning disabilities and their families; charitable services, namely, providing educational counseling to assist students with learning disabilities to achieve targeted educational goals
