The mark consists of a three-dimensional configuration of packaging of a bottle and two-dimensional wording and designs thereon. The bottle, except for the wording and designs thereon, is frosted clear glass. The cap and top part of the bottle neck are black where on the bottle neck appears an imprint of two silver concentric circle outlines enclosing a design. Below the circles appears a silver diamond design. At the top of the front of the bottle are three concentric black outlined circles with the interior of the outer two circles in white, surrounded by gray and white scrolls with a black outline. In the middle of the innermost circle appears the red lettering "RC" with red grain bunches in between the letters. In the middle of the bottle appears a white and black outlined shield. The shield is clear glass, with a street scene on the back of the bottle visible through the shield consisting of black and white buildings, a black and white automobile, a black and white horse-drawn carriage, and a black and white tree. Below the shield are the Cyrillic black letters that transliterate to "MINSKAYA" above the Cyrillic red letters that transliterate to "VODKA" above the red English lettering "VODKA". A black line with a dot in its center appears above the word "VODKA". Small white lines appear to the left, right, and below the label design. The dotted lines depicting the shape of the bottle and the bottle cap indicate placement of the mark on the goods and are not part of the mark.
