The mark consists of The mark consists of a three-dimensional design of an article of clothing, namely, pants and shorts used for beachwear and swimwear incorporating two different terry cloth fabric patterns, namely, a solid pattern and an image bearing pattern. The patterns are divided along the vertical midline of the garment body separating the two pant legs extending from the waistband to the garment crotch. Each pant leg is similarly shaped and is of similar length, a solid terry cloth fabric on forms one half of the article of clothing and a patterned "smiley faces" terry cloth fabric forms the other half of the article of clothing with the solid cloth half of the article of clothing incorporating a towel border and a pocket fabricated from the patterned "smiley faces" cloth fabric of the opposite leg positioned approximately mid-thigh on its lateral outer surface.
