The mark consists of a circle, the perimeter of which is drawn in blue, on a white background. On the outside and above the circle on the white background are the words "ROLLING RIVER LIVE HAUL" in blue positioned so that the words form a semicircle above and next to the circle. On the outside and below the circle on the white background are the words "MARTINSVILLE, VA" in blue positioned so that the words form a partial semicircle below and next to the circle. Within the circle, less than halfway up from the bottom of the circle, is a wavy blue line mimicking the surface of water which extends from the left hand side of the circle to the right hand side of the circle. The entire area within the circle below the wavy line to the edge of the circle is blue, suggestive of water. In the center of the area above the wavy line within the circle on a white background is the blue profile of a tilapia fish with its head on the right tilted slightly upwards, and its tail on the left tilted slightly downwards.
