The certification mark, as used by authorized persons, certifies Qualtim, Inc. contracts with the SBCRI to use their facility for proprietary testing. With a ceiling height of 38 feet, SBCRI allows for accurate full-scale testing and analysis of a variety of construction products in a real- world environment. The SBCRI maintains its own testing facility, which was designed with flexibility in mind to allow structural testing of many different materials such as, but not limited to, trusses, wall panels, engineered lumber, fiber reinforced products, field repair methods and cold formed steel. In each test, multiple sensors within the structural system collect data on various properties of the structural framework including flow of loads through the various interconnected framing elements. All testing information, measurements, data, certifications, reports, and electronically stored information about our customers is kept confidential and proprietary with Qualtim, Inc. This information is not released or shared with a third party without the consent of the customer; customers also reserve the right to monitor any of their tests. It is the policy of the SBCRI and Qualtim, Inc. to provide customer satisfaction, achieved through: good professional practice; compliance with customer requirements, ISO/IEC 17025 and statutory and regulatory requirements; having a management system in place which is focused on quality; and continually improving the effectiveness of the management system.
