The mark consists of a combination of four sticks organized in such a way that a stylized number "4" is formed. Each stick has a cut at its top, splitting the top tip into two (the split), and a thinner single bottom tip (the foot). In addition, each stick displays a small quadrilateral in its upper and thicker side of its body, below the thinnest end of the split. The numerical shape is construed by (1) a stick placed horizontally (the horizontal stick), with its split on the right hand side, and the foot at the left hand side; (2) a second stick in an upside-down position, perpendicular to the horizontal stick, placing the bottom of its split across an area of the body of the horizontal stick which is left to the horizontal stick's quadrilateral; (3) a third stick, perpendicular to the horizontal stick, and to the left of the second stick, placing a piece of its bottom half area across the center of the horizontal stick; and (4) a fourth stick, in a forty-five degree angle, with its foot placed across the horizontal stick's foot area, and its upper area (above its quadrilateral) placed across the third stick's split, and the second stick's foot area.
