The mark consists of the stylized words "The Nerve Health Institute" in the color white, on a blue background, and a design, namely, a small neuron or nerve cell, in the shape of an oval pie. A royal blue oval shaped dot in the middle represents the nucleus. White space surrounds the nucleus and then extends in three directions, in a triangular shape, to divide the neuron, pie, into thirds. Outside of the white are three half moon shapes, which fill in the rest of the oval shaped neuron. The first half moon shape is a dark aqua blue shaded by a thin layer of gray on the outside left of the oval shaped neuron. The second half moon shape is a light aqua or turquoise located on the right side of the oval shaped neuron. The third half moon shape is on the bottom left and it is a dark bluish green color shadowed by a lighter bluish green color.
