The mark consists of one opening brown dot, the stylized words "FOURTH GENERATION OF BAKERS" are arched downwards and in brown, with a closing brown dot. These words all appear above a reddish brown and gray brick circle with the bricks serving as decorative borders. The brick circle consists of a two concentric circles with a vertical band at the bottom that serves as the wood fire oven. The inside of the brick oven is partially shaded in black. Appearing on top of the concentric circles and over the bricks is a beige banner that contains the stylized words "I BAKE UM" arched downwards in brown letters. Below the beige banner is a wood fire with orange, yellow, white, and red flames. The beige banner and the fire are in the center of the brick circle. Below and outside the brick circle are the stylized words "TASTE THE BRICK OVEN BAKED DIFFERENCE", which are in dark red and are all arched upwards in brown surrounding the brick circle. The brick circle is bordered by two large wheat shafts both in gold; one on each side, creating a semi-circle connecting the top dots to the bottom dots.
