The mark consists of blue capital letters in a curved configuration inside concentric circles on a white background. The outer circle is a line of blue. The next circle is a line of red. The capital letters are in the same blue as the outer circle. Across the top of the circle the letters spell "THE UNIVERSITY OF ARIZONA" in an arc. Across the bottom of the circle, the letters spell "HEALTH NETWORK" in an arc. Inside the lettering is another concentric circle in red. In the middle of the design, there is a solid circle outlined in blue. The top half of the solid center circle is red. The bottom half of the solid center circle is blue. A white design overlays the center solid circle and depicts a lighted torch vertically on the center line with a snake winding up the torch as well as a white leafy branch extending out the bottom of the torch and curving upward to both the left and the right of the torch symetrically.
