The mark consists of the stylized red letters "J-R", surrounded by circular red laurel leaves, inside a white circle with black borders underneath the stylized head of a white bird, namely, an eagle, smoking a brown and gray cigar; one of the eagle's eyes is squinting through gray cigar smoke; the eagle's head and the circle containing the literal element are enveloped by stylized feathers in three fields, one on each side of the eagle's head is depicted in alternating red and white stripes across the feathers, and the third of which is to the left of the eagles head viewed from the front features white stars on blue feathers; the eagle's beak is yellow, and the eagle is outlined in black.
