The mark consists of the name "HAUS" in gray letters in bold uppercase stylized block font lacking a cross bar on the letter A and defining an acute angle with the peak of the letter A; below that and right justified the name "BIOCEUTICALS" in smaller uppercase block font in green letters; four leaf-like shapes that are elliptic in the botanical sense and located above the letter "A" in "HAUS", where two of the leaves are larger and two are smaller, and the larger ones overlap each other and their axes radiate in the direction of about ten o'clock and about eleven o'clock as if on a clock face from a point near but above the pointed peak of the letter "A" in "HAUS", the two larger leaves being darker in color at the region of overlap; a smaller leaf of the same color as the larger ones being slightly offset to the right from near the top of the letter "A" in "HAUS" with leaf axis radiating in the direction of about two o'clock; and a the fourth smaller leaf being paler and somewhat yellower in color than the others, having its axis in about a one o'clock orientation but with its lowest point approximately directly above but substantially well above the peak of the "A" in "HAUS" and overlapping one of the larger leaves, also with a darker green defining the area of overlap between the larger and smaller leaf.
