Description of Mark
The mark consists of three circles of the same size are located next to and equidistant from each other in a straight, horizontal row. From left to right, the first circle is colored blue, the second is colored orange, and the third is colored gray. The circle to the farthest right (the gray circle) has within it a white cumulus cloud. Within the white cloud appears a figure in the shape of a crescent moon in the same gray color as the circle background. The cloud appears to be moving from left to right, leaving 3 white lines that cut across the horizontal length of the remainder of the gray circle and to the left of the cumulus cloud. These same lines also appear at the same place in the orange and blue circles immediately to the left of the gray circle. These three lines appear to be the jet streams generated by the moving cloud across the face of the circles. Each of the white lines (jet streams) are of graduating width, the thinnest line of white appearing about one third of the way down from the top of each circle, the second, wider, appearing at the middle circumference of the circles, and the third widest appearing at about the bottom 1/3 of the circles. The white stripes (or jet streams) are not visible between the circles, they start and stop within the outer boundaries of each circle.
