The mark consists of a triangular shaped downward facing shield with slightly curved convex sides. The color of the thin outer layer of the shield is gold, followed by a thicker layer of red, followed by a thin layer of gold, encompassing a solid purple center. Inside the purple center are the words "ORLANDO CITY" colored white with a three headed lion in between the word "ORLANDO" and "CITY", and a gold star near the bottom. Only the heads of the lion are displayed. From left to right, the first lion head is facing left, the middle lion head faces forward, and the third head lion faces right. Each of the lion heads are gold with purple noses, whiskers, and facial creases. Each lion's eyes are white, with purple pupils, encased in a red eye socket. Each lion's mouth is growling with white teeth, a red tongue. The inside of the mouths are purple. The bottom border of the mouth is white. Each lions' head is connected by a single red mane with thin purple shadowing.
