The mark consists of an image of the Earth, where the land is represented in green and the ocean represented in navy blue. The Earth has a black outline. There is a light blue glow outlining the Earth on the right and left side. On the upper center of the Earth there is a light gray blurred depiction of an alien face with dark gray slanted eyes. Along the top of Earth are the profiles of the upper bodies of twelve men colored black, with a thin light blue outline around the outer men. Centered behind these men is a white radial shading. Along the bottom of the Earth is the upside-down mirror image of the upper bodies of the same twelve men, also colored in black with a thin dark gray outline around their bodies. On the outside of the left and right sides of the Earth is a strip of light gray. The background of the image is blue black which fades to a light blue at the top-center of the image, behind the depiction of the twelve men. Around the left and right sides of the Earth are small white stars.
