The mark consists of the following: (1) a black, white and gray profile portrait of a man wearing a chef's hat on the head, with four Chinese characters in orange on both sides and the English words "since 1950" in orange below it. The above items are superimposed over an irregular rectangle in black outlined in red with dark-grey markings and four little Chinese characters in black within orange circles outlined in red at four corners. There are two masses of flowers in varying shades of red on each upper corner of the mark; (2) two large Chinese characters followed by three large Chinese characters in black separated by a black dot within an irregular red ribbon outlined in brown and linked to the irregular rectangle above.
