The words "scene investigation" appear on a long and narrow rectangle located in the bottom third of the image which obscures only a small amount of the license plate image in the lower-left-hand corner. This long and narrow rectangle features the colors of burnt orange, yellow-orange, medium orange, tan, and yellow in a pattern reminiscent of camouflage. The long and narrow rectangle is reminiscent of tape used by police to mark of a crime scene. Across the mid-section of the long and narrow rectangle appear the words "SCENE INVESTIGATION."
