The mark consists of the representation of a partially eaten alfajor covered with brown chocolate frosting, an amber jelly filling, and topped with cream, brown and tan nuts; above this design is a circle divided in half, the left half is in black and the right half is in white, the left half contains the letter "B" in white stylized lettering and the right half contains the letter "N" in black stylized lettering, in the middle of the circle is the letter "&" half white and half black; to the left of the alfajor is the word "NEGRO" written vertically in black stylized letters and above the word "NEGRO" is the design of an open book and the word "BAGLEY" appears underlined inside the book in black stylized letters, the words "NEGRO", "BAGLEY" underlined and the outline of the book appear over a white background and in black letters, above the book is what appears to be a splattered effect; the alfajor and the circle appear over a black background.
