The mark consists of three distinct characters. These three characters are to be read as one whole entity, "Three One D". The numeric "3" in arial bold font, the numeric "1" in arial bold font, and a custom designed, stylized letter "D". The numeric numbers "3" and "1" are next to each other. The numeric "3" appears first, followed by the numeric "1" in close proximity. In close proximity to those 2 numerals follows a custom designed letter "D". The custom made letter "D" has an outer portion consisting of a solid top with a curled up design on the far top left of the "D". The right side of the outer portion comes straight down to a point. That point is at a left angle meeting at another point, and a tilted semi-circle coming to a point rounds out the outside of the "D". In order describe the designs contained within the outer portion of the "D", the description will follow from its furthest left point to its furtherest right point that connects to the outer portion of the "D". At its furthest left point, the inner portion of the "D" consists of a horizontal, downward bent element that is an exact replication of the middle aspect of the numeric "3". This element is connected and perpendicular to the first of two vertical lines, which at the bottom curve outward to the left and at the top curve inward to the right. In close proximity to the right of this line, is an exact replication of the same line. Connecting this second line to the outer-right portion of the "D" are two horizontal lines. The top of the two horizontal lines curving downward and the bottom of the two horizontal lines curving upward.
