The mark consists of an evenly spaced unified name "ASHERJAY", all letters capitalized in the Palentino Linotype font except for the alphabet H which has been stylized to include two trefoil knots placed in the center at an ascending diagonal, replacing the traditional horizontal line of the alphabet "H". The trefoil knots are propped between two thin vertical lines that accentuate the vertical columns of the alphabet "H". Each of these two lines start and end within the two discrete bold serif vertical columns flanking them illustrating a stylized version of the alphabet "H". The serif vertical columns are the outermost element of the design, and the first vertical column on the left is shorter than the second vertical column, which breaks the traditional vertical & rotational symmetry and symmetry of reflection characteristic to the alphabet "H".
