The mark consists of the word "HONOR" in capital letters directly over the words "CREDIT UNION" in a single line in capital letters approximately one-third the size of those capital letters comprising the previously described word "HONOR", and to the immediate right of said block of letters is a pattern of quadrilaterals comprised of a large central, rectangle with convex sides, separated by a blank space from four trapezoids, with one rounded top corner, the wide edge of each such trapezoid is parallel to each of the four faces of the central rectangle, and also separated by a blank space from the central rectangle and from each of the two trapezoids immediately adjacent to it, two diamonds of which one point is almost touching, respectively, the lower left and upper right corners of the central rectangle.
