The mark consists of the literal elements "BLUE PALMS BREW HOUSE HOLLYWOOD 24 ON TAP!" represented in stylized font, and a design consisting of three black colored concentric circles used as borders with white-colored spacing between the rings, and a stylized image of a cask with a spigot and an image of blue palm trees on the spigot-side of the cask, wherein the letters in the terms "BLUE PALMS BREW HOUSE" appear as block lettering in the color black with white-colored outlining and tan-colored background shadows, and wherein further, the terms "BLUE PALMS BREW HOUSE" are located within the white colored space created by two concentric circles appearing in the color black, the terms "BLUE PALMS" appearing in a semi-circular pattern in the upper portion of the concentric circles, the terms "BREW HOUSE" appearing in a semi-circular pattern in the lower portion of the concentric circles, and wherein the terms "24 ON TAP!" appear in white-colored letters with black outlining and are located within the left side portion of the two inner concentric circles, between the letter "B" in "BLUE" and the letter "B" in "BREW", the term "HOLLYWOOD" appears in the color black and is located above the terms "BREW HOUSE", below the design of the cask, and within the white-colored space of the inner-most concentric circle, the cask is also located within the inner-most concentric circle and appears in the colors tan and black with white highlights with tan-colored shadowing underneath the cask, wherein the cask bears a pair of blue-colored palm trees located above the tan and black colored spigot, and wherein still further, a third black-colored circular outermost border surrounds the pair of concentric circles that contain the terms "BLUE PALMS BREW HOUSE" and "24 ON TAP!", the space between the third outermost concentric circle and the second circle appears in the color white.
