The mark consists of two military dog tags with a boot print on each of the dog tags. The dog tags are light silver at the top and darker silver toward the bottom and the boot prints are gradations of grey on the right dog tag and go from black to dark grey on the left dog tag. The dog tags are outlined in grey with the inner edge of the dog tag on the right being outlined in black. The literal element "SCOLIOSIS" is arced above the dog tags in stylized green font. The words "BOOT" and "CAMP" are on the left and right side of the dog tags respectively in black letters with black lines above and below the words, the words and lines all being strafed. Below all of the foregoing is the stylized text "Better than Braces, Safer than Surgery" in green.
