The mark consists of the upper torso and front limbs of a tan and brown rearing horse outlined in black with a black mane and a white blaze superimposed over the depiction of a red sky yellow sun sunset over red water. This scene is framed by concentric elliptical arcs of (from the inside) white, then red matching the sunset, then black. Over all of the previous is superimposed a red ribbon that is tucked underneath and back out at both sides with the ends notched. The back side of the ribbon is indicated in black. Centered on the ribbon are the stylized words "SUN HORSE" in black with white outline and underneath that, the stylized word "ENERGY" in white with a black outline. All of the words have a yellowish glow behind them.
